It was originally a company 401K which transfered several years ago upon retirement to a Regular Ira and have been converting it to a roth the last 3 years. If yours is with your co. you will not be able to transferuntil you retire with that co. If your 401k is self directed than you can transfer to a regular IRA without any penalty and once in an IRA you can the convert to a Roth IRA but you will have to pay taxes on the amount you convert for that year.
