Wilma, correct me if I'm wrong please. . .

I think I remember someone pointing out right after the chill was lifted, that a company has like a 3 year period of time after the lifting of a chill, where they cannot do things like a r/s and they must keep up with the required filings and such... sorta like a probation period. Did I remember that correctly? I don't know where to find that info.
