HSCC the that has been in the MMJ sector far longer than EDXC and many other companies have existed. They led the way for small public MMJ companies by being the first to bid A WA RFP. That bid laid the ground work for companies like EDXC to follow suit. In fact their input on POS tracking systems may have directly or indirectly paved the way for the POS tracking bid. They have been big proponents of the systems. They and their associates have used, sold and seen everyone of the POS systems during 4 years in the CO mmj industry reporting the results to the CO MMED and the legislators. We saw senator Cole call for POS Tracking systems in the industry. Compliance, It's all about maximum Tax revenue.

The WA pot consultant bid was of much greater scope and the competition was much stiffer, with 116 entrants vs 19. The small company placed 8th overall putting them in the 97th percentile. They did better than 97% of the competition and 3% did better than they did. The winner of the WA state pot consultant job was BOTEC, of which their major contractor was The Rand Corporation. Overall an excellent experience and big exposure in the industry not the message boards.

The company continues to go unnoticed off the radar screen. Bashed by the members of a certain board who really have no understanding of what is happening. Only focusing on the OTC markets stop sign. What if you didn't want the kind of investor that relies on OTC markets for information.(owns small blks and calling or emailing the company every other day to find out what's happen) What would be the best way to keep them away? Stop signs are very effective tools. So in absence of OTCmarkets let's look at WA RFP results. 48th percentile vs 97th percentile which is better? Apple to Apple or Apple to Oranges you decide.

How much longer they will stay off the radar is unsure. The stock is not diluted and the float is the smallest in the MMJ sector. 58mil, 35 mil owned by 15 shareholders, per NOBO list. It hasn't changed in over 5 years. The companies largest customer is the worlds largest Alum producer. The company is small but it has the backing of a group of consultants working independently in the MMJ sector laying the ground work for something much bigger than the company could ever offer on its own.
