It's what they have done....are doing ....and will continue to do. Wilf used to PR every little thing, so the current lack of "official" information shows the flow of information now appears to be in the hands of the DR government and the UK investors with Wilf being muzzled.
We should be thankful that Capt Billy and crew can spend 12-14 hours a day doing something PRODUCTIVE.....like finding and bringing up treasure for the actual shareholders...
