$2.00 seems to be one of the most shorted levels for bio-pharmas. Also a particularly a difficult level for any stock not on a major exchange. Not sure what "players" you are referring to, but I don't think the average trader/flipper is the problem..I actually think they help create liquidity..The bigger problem is the "player" with gigantic resources (ie, funds and groups set up to specifically short bios of which some of the worst are overseas).
