Its news to me! And I am more confident in my position now, more than ever. It is nice to know that 111mil shares are locked up in an institutional investor who's turn around is very low. This decreases the float considerably.

With a decreased float and 111mil shares in friendly hands, good news will cause the PPS to soar due to the greater demand for less shares. Having 111mil shares locked up is a nightmare for shorts who will be forced to cover.
