Chill out buddy. It's a company that was to succeed in the weed business. There is absolutely nothing in the letter to the shareholders that says they're going to be selling e-cigs - nor there is nothing that mentions about opening 30 dispensaries (where is the source for this?!).
I think Growlife is very interested in selling equipment to both consumers and scale businesses that want to sell weed at dispensaries. However, because Growlife knows that they have the proper equipment to sell weed themselves and open dispensaries, they will probably do so when legalized. As I quote from the letter, they want to "extend their wholesale and retail operations to every form of permissible and fully permitted, licensed and texted CANNABIS ORIENTED BUSINESS" - there is NOTHING about vape or e-cigs. They are just announcing that they have plans to expand their business eventually, and enter another sector of the industry. This is great news.
PHOT is the way to go.
