Using percentiles one would have to exclude dispenses score/placement and look only at the other companies scores. 9/18 were higher (50%) 9/18 were lower (50%.) Hence dispense scored neither well or poorly. Purely average. Also going about it in the manner you attempted, one should employ weighted averages as the the point values of the two categories utilized to determine the overall non-cost score differed significantly in determining their placement. Effectively though it doesn't alter the resultant outcome.
