I see what you're saying.

I guess I just thought there would be more detail than just a summary of the voting and what not.

But, IMO, there were some good things that came out of it. I.e more proof dispense labs is legit (for people that say stupid crap on ihub) and top 10 isn't terrible as a start. Exposure, too.

From my understanding and my opinion only, if this rfp was lets say in a couple months rather than now, it'd be a different story. It just seems like m3 hub is a month or 2 away from being perfected and this was slightly early. And when it is perfected, watch out and well take the market out like a storm.. private sector will pay more money too than states for tracking, such as fitx. Like I said, could be wrong, just my interpretation as of now...
