I too am aggravated about the situation.

I know they had to take some legal action against the former transfer agent. From what I understand, the previous transfer agent was in league with a notorious promoter named Michael Guss who secretly controlled the transfer agent, printed up some 25 million plus counterfeit shares of PM& E, Inc. that he sold into the market.

Also, as I understand it, they are now working with the new transfer agent as well as the regulatory agencies to have all those shares bought back, which should result in the share price going back to proper levels.
