Nothing wrong with Dilution now and then!
IF it is needed and justified.

Sort of goes back to what I posted that most of these "one track mindless" people could not answer.

How many mergers, joint ventures or related transactions on the NASDAQ or NYSE are completed using a large portion in shares of stock?
