That's how I read it. All the earlier statements were 'Motion Hearings'. With the flurry of filings from both sides lately, looks like they are getting all they data they have on the table before appearing in front of the judge on Tuesday.

Though there are chances that a Ruling may be delayed due more information requirements, I believe the urgency of the case is not lost on the Judge as she did acknowledge in one of her statements that she wants a resolution as soon as possible within the limitations of legal system.

I think she has allowed the legal system enough time to present and hence the calling for a 'Ruling' rather than another 'Hearing'.

So, I'm hopeful of a ruling on Tuesday and one way or another I'm ready for JNSH to move on. :)
