A few thoughts.

Since we're in a "quiet" period with no money and no funding, just thought I'd vent a little.

Excel's post regarding the proxy got me thinking. Management will never allow their salaries to be cut. It's all they have at this point, as none of their options are in the money and may never be. I would submit to you that while they may be pursuing funding, they have no confidence that they will ever get any of it - so they continue to sell 144's, keep the doors open, and collect their fairly excessive salaries and bonuses.
I know that where I work I hear things like, "Well at least I have a job". I'm beginning to think that NV is no different - people are weathering the economic storm there, and to do that they have to keep money coming in.
