If they don't remove it soon (within five days) we can sue them for financial damages, and we have already informed them and our attorney of our position regarding this matter.
All we are required to do by law (Reg FD & Other Rules) is to post current information on our corporate website - we are NOT required to post anything on that website, but we chose to post on there because three or four of our valued shareholders wanted us to -- because they use that site.
So, again... it should come off very soon as I doubt they want us to take action against them.
