This is why Prosensa could not give such a high dose like Sarepta could with the patients.



Do we know for a fact that the dose of Prosensa wasn't sufficient to induce the skipping?

There is no requirement to give a high dose, just a requirement to give a dose that has the intended mechanistic effect.
