Yes, and on a case with 100's of million of dollars on the line. The huge amount of money may have been one reason to put Tribble on this case.

Things will start moving in the weeks ahead. I give it 1.5 weeks before we really start taking off. I will not be taken aback if WDDD requests a Markman hearing for October 17. The court may not grant it, but I could see Susman Godfrey asking for it anyway. Exciting times ahead.
