APPEARS THAT NBRI HAS TO MANY COOKS IN THEIR KITCHEN DISHING UP REASONS WHY THERE ARE SO MANY DEAYS FINISHING UP THEIR WORK !

Is this a deliberate ploy by a smart stock manipulators to gain a PPS advantage ? For us long term investors it is annoying and an expensive cost in money and time.

NBRI'S PPS is under $0.10/ with no upward movement in sight with all these delays. If they continue, NBRI's value as a long tern investment will disappear. JOHO
