Who would not say that millions of dollars have been wasted? Only a fool would contend that the previous leadership did not spend the millions in the right place. Duh!
Those millions of dollars did not come from the open market purchases, they came from investors who invested directly into Cdex.
When one invest in the open market, that money does zero for the company.
How does one say "Buying cdex is a WASTE of your investment dollars! Does that person have the ability to see into the future? Absolutely not. Does that person know what has happened each and every day in the Cdex office? Absolutely not.
Is it not amazing how someone who is NOTat the Cdex office every day, can flat out make such a statement?
I laugh when I read that CDEX is run out of a small rental space in Tucson Arizona. What should they be operating in........... A LARGEoffice in TRUMP TOWERS? CDEX has five employees because this CEO knows where and how the invested dollars should be spent. The bankruptcy story is known. The story is NOT known by those who are posting untruths on this board. Duh.
The CEO of CDEX has a financial history that is known, and understood by the investors who are working for the benefit of ALL, including the open market buyers.
The CFO and CEO has filed every SEC filing on time for three years running, something a double major (Lawyer&Engineer) West Point grad, and a much larger number of employee's could never do, LOL!!!
When one sues because of discrimination and the truth comes out, there was NO discrimination, yes that truth does hurt. Cdex does not deal in untruths, which is exactly why this CEO is so respected by the dollars that actually fund the company, and that truth talks every day. FACT
