The biggest problem with MDHI is their inability to get anything done on time. Everything they do is a slow process. The concept of keeping to a deadline is completely unknown to management. They had months to get these financials audited, but I'm sure they waited until the last minute to get started. Now they realize that their past laziness has caught up with them. Poor record keeping, unorganized files, and a lack of motivation has brought us to this point.
With MDHI it's always "Next Week", "In Two Months", "Soon", "Almost Done".
