I sent an email to the company 9-19-13 and this is what I got.

we do intend to keep paying and hopefully occasionally increasing the dividend , and we would be very happy to eventually move up to an exchange once we meet all the requirements , but naturally we cant be certain of what would happen in the future , and so we aren't making any promises to do either of those things. our record in the past however stands for its self, as we were able to grow the business even as our dividends increased 3 times in 5 quarters .

as far as advance warning before a reverse split that might be potentially be necessary to meet the price requirement for a NASDAQ listing, that's something we couldn't give to specific shareholders , but if we were to take that route we would have to announce it publicly with an 8k filing like any other major development.
