That million was supposedly a private placement not a loan and was suppose to be money for meter production instead it got squandered on "consultants" i spoke to Giles twice back in late Nov he told me all kinds of bs and not a word of it was truthful , i base my posts on the facts at hand, what has happened you certainly can't go by what WM posts as none of it is ever accurate
