I think NEWL flushes until the split. You see the financing on that acquisition included $20 million worth of warrants at .01?

I was a dope and wasn't able to read the PR until last night (working the real job yesterday). Dumped everything above .09 at the open today.

I like PEIX 100x better than NEWL...and I hate PEIX.
