I think everyone is getting hung up on semantics way too much. Maybe tested wasn't the right word. NorCal said it right. There is more to the mining equipment then just turning it on. And yes we know the ore carts all work and have been painted nice and pretty and all that can be seen on the videos. Until Perry says we are actually taking material out of the mine and getting ready to run it through the mill it is all speculation.
