Yeah except they still do meet every criteria for a P abd D nothing can excuse the multitude of lies proffered by this co. To this day they haven't provided a shred of proof that they are actually getting ready to produce a damn thing or if they were how might they pay for production you certainly can't take them at their word they've shown time and time again that lying is ok what amazes me is that there is ample evidence that they are running a scam yet people keep touting their praises guess thats what they mean by third party pumpers
