james, not always. I've seen a couple promos over the last year or two that managed not to move up much at all. Either way (promos or non promos) there is always risk investing in Penny stocks. These companies are on the penny market exchanges for a reason. Had they been reputable companies with good revenues they would trade on the Dow/Nasdaq.
