Both issues you point out below could be solved by a vote. The board of directors will now be elected by a majority of the common shares, rather than the previously held series b (super voting) preferred shares. Since the board of directors can dispose of an ineffective CEO, the common shareholders (via the bod) could oust Brad (if they so desired); he would not need to voluntarily step down. This is why I believe the cancellation of the series b preferred shares is the important event.

As for the stock price reaction to this news, sometimes it takes a bit more time via a slow burn, rather than a blast off. As always, simply my opinion.

The board has already shown no discretion in their approval of the bonuses. The break through event is Brad's realization that he has no business acumen and steps down.
