Why is it whenever there is a funding problem, no one seems to worry about the "health " of the taxpayer? No one ever seems to say lets take a look at what we are doing and see if there is some way we ca be more efficient, utilize our assets better and get the job done. The hand that receives and does not contribute just asks those that are the contributors to "DO MORE." If all efficiencies are in place and there still are fiscal problems, then ask. I sure would be more willing to step up to the plate then. I am just tired of 78 years of listening to the "receivers" always crying wolf before they even look out the window. Clean up you house before you come and ask for more!
