I can't know whether October 17 will make a difference. I think it will because there is a big difference between thinking the MSJ will be denied and having the judge actually deny it (certainty helps share prices).

The fat lady has not sung the Markman blues just yet. There are still four weeks left. WDDD might just request the Markman be put on the calendar for October 17 in addition to the MSJ. If that happens hold on tightly. WDDD will be setting a new record high. In any case, WDDD's case will soon be heard at a Markman hearing. Whether it happens in one month or 3 months does not matter to me (though I think it will happen sooner than we think). I'm loaded up and waiting.
