Do you have any ideal or estimate as what the EPS would be as a REIT, apparently the are required as a REIT to payout 90% as a dividend. But it seems to me they are now holding the mortgage loans whereas they were selling these loans previously. Seems much riskier than their previous business plan. Plus you are now recognizing interest income versus previously a one time sale so EPS has to be smaller, but how much smaller?
