are you forgetting that scam company also has preferred stock outstanding that is convertible into another 15 million common shares?



Hi C&H, I have to disagree with your valuation of MDBX. All reporting OTC companies have an inherent potential as a vehicle for insider enrichment. I have never seen an actuarial evaluation of this potential, but I would guess at least $500,000 and probably a lot more. Based on this factor alone, MDBX shares are worth at least $0.03!
Disclose - small short position, willing to bash on occasion...
