Posting on Twitter and message boards that there will be liable suits or should be for voicing valid concerns for a total like of transparency, information, kept promises/deadlines cheapens the management as well as the company itself.

It is like a person scratching, whining, and complaining about head lice instead of treating the head lice. Simply be transparent, put out truthful/verifiable information and keep your promises/deadlines.

Pretty simple really.
