Wrong, there was a 70 to 1 forward split, so there were much fewer shares at the time this was .84...Much easier to move up or down with little volume or cash.

Premier moved from $.85 to $1.00 on 200,000 shares.

200,000 X $ .85 = $165,000

When the underwriters grab enough of the 184 million shares, or notes..

It won't take much inflow of trading capital to push it to first level of $.05

Then, onto $.50

Just a matter of obtaining enough shares.
