Liquidity


The Company has a working capital deficit of $3,028,566 as of June 30, 2013 compared to a working capital deficit of $2,563,189 for the year ended December 31, 2012. There are insufficient liquid assets to meet current liabilities or sustain operations through 2013 and beyond and the Company must raise additional capital to cover the working capital deficit.



Yet the fleecing of investors continues unabated! Sad...just Sad!
