Let me present something here that is critical about the credibility of Kirk and his PR company. I had several conversations with him before the dilution...when the outstanding shares were around 270,000,000 and I asked him DIRECTLY "is there a chance that there could be a dilution here"? He told me he couldn't discuss it. Shortly thereafter the O/S were 620,000,000. If this fact gets deleted from this board I think I will call my own legal team into investigate.
