If you sign up with TDAmeritrade your first couple of months of trades are free and you also get Level 2. Not sure if the Level 2 sticks after the free trading period though. They just take a while to process funds unless you do a cashiers check and have them stay on top of it confirming with your bank that the funds are good. Good Luck!
