Welcome a board. You are pretty new here but make some valid points. I also hear some of your opinions are the same as others...may I ask...do you openly communicate with MGMT?

Ps. I would hope they would give up voting control to gain traditional financing... We need something new...and non toxic.

I was in hope FF was a good partner but I think I can say they did not meet my expectations.
