Your point is well made.

It seems that more than just Mr. White has put many of their eggs into the basket.

According to your friend lmorovan, he knows personally, at least 12 if not more, who bought millions of shares of Loch Harris.

Many of us BELIEVED in Loch Harris back in the day.

A perfect example, would be Mr. Phillips.

Your analogy of if it was not good then, it cannot be now, is unfounded.

Many of us made mistakes about the character of the Loch bod, or at least two of the Loch bod. But, many of us realized our mistake, and some of us did something about it.

You will not find in the history of Loch Harris any actual accounting of investor funding that can be proven. CDEX, on the other hand has many.

You will not find proper accounting in Loch Harris, further more, there was not any accounting, thus the Brown withdrawal of accounting letter. CDEX, on the other hand has full accounting.

You will not find any true validation of the Tech from "KNOWN" sources back in the Loch days. CDEX on the other hand, continues to line up one after another. Further more, Baxa Corp has signed up to line up many.

Not to sound redundant, but the bad blood is all gone.

The SEC has not filed on CDEX, the SEC gave CDEX the go ahead. The users of the Valimed product continue to grow, Baxa has invested into CDEX to grow it at a much faster pace. A very good move by Mr. Phillips.

The last time I was at place that sold hotdogs, it was a basketball arena. To my knowledge, Baxa does not sell hotdogs.

Have you ever risked it all on something you believed in, or at least risked enough that when it did not come to be, it hurt you extremely bad? Did you give up, and just quit?

I am sure the "quitting part" would depend on the exact circumstances. There are those of us, who thought about throwing in the towel, walking away, not wanting to further our mistakes, not lose additional savings, because we found the Loch bod not truthful.

The SEC did not force the Tech out, nor have they forced out CDEX. In fact, the SEC allowed CDEX to go public. The CDEX team continue's to grow, and so does the use of their products.

I share the hope of Mr. White. I feel CDEX will make strong strides with Baxa's help.
