Update: Phone call with Warren of RMD.

The litigation has been concluded as of the end of June. Now just waiting on the judge decision. They were expecting to wait at least 3 months for the judge's decision, so we are there now. Hoping end of Oct, early Nov for judge's decision.

They anticipate positive response from the judge, once that is cleared up, they can go and re-drill / re-test at the Swayze mine.

Swayze mine is located on the same belt as another hot stock / gold discovery, Probe Mines Limited (PRB.V). Probe Mines is a gold discovery in the same part, same geology, same greenstone belt in the same trend, etc. as Richmond Minerals Swayze mine.

Richmond will also be filing their audited financial statements soon.
