The Reverse split is supposed to happen sometime coming soon from the people im hearing from..

Ubrg is broke and their management are loseres..

they cant pay the bills thats why they lose money..

I heard its gonna be like somewhere near 10,000 to 1 reverse split..
sometime after the news gets released that company got sold..

so its gonna be..

reverse merger.. then the reverse split.
