JG - don't be so seemingly dense. You're smarter than that. That's not what Puffer was implying.

An insider bought a significant number of shares very recently.

Other people look at that occurrance, weigh it with the other information that is available, notice that the sharprice hasn't collapsed since the R/S,....

And then do their own mental math.
