This group owns 10% of the company's shares. The company has to report when groups or people own more than 5% of the outstanding shares. Good news is the O/S is only 487m right now. But we dont know where this group wants to dump it soon or if they are expecting it to go higher

But a direct answer is, thats nothing but a report to shareholders cause they are required to
