The growing (sadly) CLM market:

Aside from the relatively solid evidence that CML is associated with exposure to ionizing radiation like that from the contamination in Japan, there is some indication that there may be an association with exposure to benzene:

"Conclusion: Although limited by low statistical power, the current meta-analysis provides support for a possible association of occupational exposure to benzene and the risk of CML." PubMed Link



which is now becoming an issue in the Gulf of Mexico region post-Deepwater Horizon:
