Your advice to fly to Zimbabwe is simply irresponsible. Asking for technical reports to review is the way to go. Then, a site visit may be needed (or not).

And now you're saying the validation report is not worth looking at - it only represents 7% of the mining block, and therefore is not worth reviewing? That's ironic considering the company has been trumpeting that the Validation Report for some time now. Can't have it both ways.
