If they uplist to the NYSE MKT, then the share price minimum is only $2 a share. If it's to the NASDAQ, then it's a $4 minimum.

I think the $5 level is important for a few other reasons. First, some institutions have share price minimums regarding which securities they can invest in, over and above requirements as to which exchanges the stock has to be traded on.

And second... I think once we're on a major exchange, the $5 level will be the threshold making NNVC stock marginable! People being able to borrow against their holdings in NNVC in their brokerage accounts should be a huge plus!
