It depends upon who answers you!

I'm just waiting to see if we get more volume at some point (next hours or days...) and see if we can pop through 0015 with some good buying. Then it will signify a move higher to trade into.

It appears as through RAYS may be under some accumulation, so I am watching and waiting to see if we can break that magical 0015 resistance point.

Put it on your radar and set an alert as well as a volume alert, say in the 10 million share range to see if we get a good day that starts off over 10 million in the first hour or so.
