Just curious; what do you think the proper pps should be for BRND?
Why do you think a market cap of 350K is too low?
They have total assets of $81,000 and have liabilities of over $11 Million.
On sales of $98,000 there was a gross profit of $48,000 and their Net Income is a Loss of over $6 Million.

I'd say the company is way overvalued and the pps will continue to decline as more and more debt is converted to commons at a 50% discount to market price.
BRND does not care how low the price goes.
