'Mental' bottoms can be very powerful. If it touches a dollar again...(and yes a dollar...not 1.03)....That will give confirmation that a dollar is the true bottom, imo. It just seems too coincidental that so much good news is out, but it doesn't budge, and the 200 dma is inching closer and closer...
