The problem isn't the company, nor the products, the problem is the management, Barry and Lisa have robbed the shareholders millions of dollars, by taking excessive salary, and excessive expenses, to the point of almost putting the company into bankruptcy. Almost 40 percent of the private placements or dilution whatever u want to call it, went directly into their greedy fat hands. Making it almost impossible for this cash less company to survive. Where would the company be today without that dilution or putting that 2 plus million into advertising. The stock would be clearly much much higher.
