This is just absolutely horrible. why doesn't the SEC go after the people behind this by filing criminal charges instead of suspending the stock? All this did was hurt innocent people. This suspension didn't hurt the people at APS they already banked on this. I am disgusted by the SEC right now because they pick and choose when to enforce the rules. Isn't the whole stock market one huge scam anyway? so many illegal things take place in the stock market and the SEC does nothing. What a joke.
