Don't feed the troll. He is on most everyone's ignore list for a reason.
As to why such small float and not being up more, your guess is as good as mine. That is why I believe everyone has called for this sucker to explode to a dollar in a trading day or two. This should have been moving much fast than it is. It should already be at .40 if you ask me, but instead we are ping-ponging around .30.
